How do I make an animated image with a transparent background using what I have?

I have a bunch of texture image files (normals and metallic maps from substance painter), an animated model, the bare model, and am completely lost on how I could make a gif or something with this that has an animated background. I was thinking about throwing all the textures onto a model in unreal and somehow recording that with a transparent background, but that seems like a very strange process for what I need.
Any help would be appreciated  :)

You could apply all the maps to the model in 3ds Max / Maya and render out frames with transparent background. Then import the rendered frames into Photoshop or After Effects to save out an animated gif.
