The place was in the 70s and set somewhere in Eastern Europe.
For now, I have finished most of the models and the tiling textures for the ground and wall. Here is the render:
About floor textures, I try to create three different kinds of textures in Substance Designer and use vertex color to blend them. When I carefully check the concept, I found that the ground actually has a pattern on it.
The first one is the regular floor, the second one is the dirty version, and the third one is the scratch version. And in Unreal, I use Material Attribute which inspires by Maxim Dorokhov's breakdown. Here is the breakdown:
