Sculpted in blender 2.8 
Retopo in 3d coat 
Textured in blender 2.7 ( pen didnt work with 3d coat and stencils sucked in 2.8) 
Land Textures in Quixel Mixer 
Post-Processing in Krita and Photoshop (i hate photoshop but sm features are unbeatable) 
Marmoset for 3d preview
