Connect # of edges by middle mouse scroll wheel 3DS Max

I have this guy at work that can connect edges, number of edges, width, and direction all by SHIFT Middle mouse button, CTRL MB, and ALT MB. He has no clue how its working in his max, and it seems to not be working on anyone else's machine, it doesn't look like he is calling any kind of script. We are all in 3DS 2018, wondering if this was a max default and how can I get it working if so.

That's not default, Autohotkey has probably been setup on it

The only tool I know in Max that can do that is Weelctrl, part of the Keyhydra plugin. Check if it's installed. It will show in add/remove programs list.

Indeed seems to be our Keyhydra wheel ctrl feature, it work with extrude, bevel, chamfer, and can be personalized too. It can become really powerful
