3DS Max - Align Pivot to another object's pivot

Hey guys.  I'm looking for a simple script or hotkey that will allow me to center the pivot of an object to another object's pivot.  Something that will perform the following actions:

1. Enable Affect Pivot Only
2. Quick Align
3. Select object to align pivot to
4. Disable Affect Pivot Only

I haven't been able to find anything.  Any ideas?

I get the following error when I try to run it. How do I fix it?

Remove the <br> at the end of the line, that's a html linebreak character, looks like that appeared there with some forum update.
