I am new to using substance painter so I have kind of a basic question. I made a high and low mesh and baked some maps. Came out pretty nice but my question is how do I get it to be see through in the certain areas. This makes more sense when you see the images.

If you look at the high res you can see areas that are see through, but when you look at the final baked mesh they are solid.

Is this achieved with a alpha map? If so how would I go about that?
