In maya and 3d coat's viewports the texture shows fine, but in zbrush and arnold renderer it shows like that, like it is smudged...

Though I think a better UV layout would help more. You have the most distortion on the most important part of the eye. Baking can help with the distortion in most cases, but it's easier to work cleaner to begin with.
