[3ds max] how to shrink warp a plane to a mesh?

Hello,

I used maya and there was a feature - that you can shrink warp a plane (or whatever) on a surface and get it relief. How can I do it in Max? I googled like an hour and found only some solutions using single vertices from graphite tools (but I have like a thousand) or some solutions based on UV and textools, but I have... Hm...
