I need help to rig Tectus hinge in 3Ds Max

Hello guys,
this is my first time to ask here, so sorry if it's in the wrong place
I need help in rigging this Tectus hinge, I know a little things about rigging in max I can survive but really need a hand 
there's an .obj file for the hinge
