About us

 We are a powerful and agile real-time production house in Munich, Germany.

Our core team consists of veterans of the industry with experience from all media areas (film, television, advertising, marketing, gaming, education and industry).

Since 2014, we have worked with our customers to digitize their content, as well as a variety of digital media projects - from realtime applications to 3D visualizations, configurators, showcase installations, CAD data preparation, gamification, animation and custom software development all the way to complete productions from A to Z. Empowered by our mother company music & light design GmbH in Leonberg, Germany with powerful media equipment for your next show.

Everything with a focus on realtime production using technologies like Unity3D for XR (Augmented, Mixed and Virtual Reality) and interactive solutions.

Experienced Realtime Technical Artist / Animator (m/f)

 

Responsibilities

  • Technical organization, setups and rigging for realtime assets:
    Things like low poly cartoon cars, characters, machines, effects, motion graphic elements, morph targets, procedural geometry and UI animations.
  • Our projects offer many challenges to crack!
  • Creating animations in 3ds Max, Unity and any other applicable tools:
    We animate industry machines, characters, motion graphics, effects, basically anything that can move.
  • Asset Handling and Import/Exporting within our pipeline
  • Scripting Skills are beneficial (but everything can be teached and you should not be afraid of code and little math and logic)
  • Working closely together with our Design and Developers
  • Self-development and high interest in new technologies and improving workflows

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in realtime project productions
  • Solid knowledge in 3ds Max or other 3D tools (open for new tools)
  • Ability to analyse problems and find working, efficient solutions
  • Technical brain with basic understanding of math and logic
  • Research and development of pipeline solutions and techniques
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and good feeling for timing and animation principles
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of an intercultural team
