Sagethumbs vs Mysticthumbs vs anything else?

Do somebody know what's currently a best choice for seeing actual picture thumbnails in Windows dialogs and File explorer?
SageThumbs is cool free of course but would Mystic one be a better thing.
ps. Would like to learn also what's currently in trend for making W10 more or less tolerable:
1. something to get rid of eye burning file dialogs/manager white background and still not turning w10 into total crap visually like all those contrast themes?
2. Something to quickly navigate to frequintly used folders aka favorites actually working in all the programms open/save dialogs?
3 . Something to get rid of annoying circles and freezes with Wacom pen?
4. Something for accessing NAS withut typical voodoo not compromising the whole system security at the same time i.e Mac style ?
Had to switch from older Windows for a fresh new W10 and instantly stuck with how much pain in the ... it is
