GTA 5 Inspired Apartment Environment - Need critique!

Hi there!

I worked on this piece for a final year project at university, but I have now graduated and I am looking to ensure it is up to industry standard before posting ANYTHING to my portfolio! I feel that this is on its way to getting there, but still needs a lot more to it. I really would appreciate any and all critique, tips or thoughts you have!

Those tiles look absolutely massive. I'd reduce their size!

I agree with @Ashervisalis . They feel off in detail size and frequency. You could keep the tiles that size in terms of each tile, but I would adjust the frequency of noise overall. Make it a little smaller for the tile itself, and then make sure to have the grout details be different from the tile noise itself. 

Oh and the grout proportion feels too large. Make it small and I think that will help.

Agree with the others, the tiles feel quite big compared to everything else in the room so its throwing off the proportions, if you fix those I think it will be a solid piece
