Maps Glitching out like CRAZY

Hey, I just UV'ed this model, deleted the history, centered it etc etc and exported it to Substance Painter for a nice bake. Problem is, The maps look extremely warped and wonky when I export them in. In Maya they look fine, and I have them at a 1/1 ratio. Any ideas as to what this could be? I've tried restarting the programs, re-importing, and giving to the objects new materials but to no avail... All help is really appreciated :)
