Star Wars Inspired Intermediate Strike Fighter (Feedback welcome!)

im workin on blocking out a starfighter as a cruiser escort. it's meant to serve an intermediate role between an interceptor and a standard starfighter. im shooting for somewhere in between an a-wing, x-wing, and y-wing visually. 

I don't have a ton of experience with designing stuff like this so I would really appreciate some feedback on what I have so far!

im thinking it's been manufactured by kuat or incom after the galactic civil war as a ship marketed towards planets who want a fighter that can fill the role of both a regular attack craft and an interceptor in order to save money. 

also my design definitely is trying to take shapes from both the y-wing and a-wing so im lookin thru mcquarrie's stuff rn!
