How can I smooth this rounded edge without getting these shows artifacts on the corner

If you make rounded edges larger with some extra edge loops, i think it will be fine.

Well, I still dont get How I would achieve a smooth and rounded edge? 1 problem is the jaggy curve, the 2 problem is that I want a soft edge, so the tunnel does not look to hard
