- Ability to communicate well with the team and the Director
- Capable of receiving positive constructive criticism and implementing changes upon request
- Comprehension of lighting, mood, and space
- Ability to create reference drawings for 3D modelers
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and produce assets in a timely manner
