Blender help needed Backside messed up! (SOLVED)

This is a isse that i had problems with before and i need to understand whata going on.
1 Its not A double sides isse from blender ( atleast i think its not)
2. Its not a "show backside in Z brush issue
3. It happens in Subatance and zbrush.

Normaly it happens when i flip a object in blender. But whats going on there

any tips to solve it.
