The scale and positions of a model in unity is weird

This is a little bit weird questions, I made a high poly model in 3ds max , and then I imported its separated parts in 3d coat to bake the normals and convert it to low poly, and then I exported them into an obj files (each part in a different file) , I imported them in unity, and when I imported them in the scene, they aren't imported in the same position as in 3ds max , and the pivot point position is changed. Also the FBX model exported from 3d coat is larger in size than that exported from 3ds max, please anyone can help me in this?
