Hi guys, This is my first real-time environment, as in the past I focused only on characters and some hard-surface sculpts within zbrush. So this was truly a challenge for me as I had to learn a completely new workflow using custom normals and decals, but when I was offered to do an art test for Star Citizen I couldn't miss this opportunity. I had in total 2 weeks to complete this, and I could only spend a few hours every day as I had a graduation and other work during those weeks. Anyway let me know what you think!
One small thing that would be worth changing, if it's not too late? The two big pipes here have a prominent texture repetition, offsetting the UVs on one of them might help:
