Can Someone Help With Texture Issue...??

Hoping someone can lead me to a solution with a texture problem I'm having. From the attached jpg you see the substance texture on the left, the marmoset display in the middle and a uv checkerboard on the right. This is all on one uv map. I reached out to Marmoset initially but haven't heard back since...kind of disappointing. So can someone look at the zip file and let me know what you think? Thanks so much for your help!

Can you post the textures as well? It looks like there are some pretty nasty n-gons in this mesh, so you could try triangulating before exporting, or at least turning to quads.

Hi! Nods at the nasty ngons. If that is the problem then the solution is easy enough. But i will say the textures display correctly, so how come they get buggered in Marmoset?? Here is the texture.

I loaded the texture onto the OBJ you posted and it looks fine in Toolbag. Is it possible that you're loading an older version of the file, perhaps with a different UV layout? Double check that and make sure it's the correct mesh you have in Toolbag.
