Maya 2018 UI Bugs

Has anyone else been experiencing Maya UI bugs?  For example the Outliner UI would just be blank, also the channel box .  Certain Tool settings would just not refresh update.  Maya hasn't been this bad to me since 2008.  Anything you guys got to help out would be great.  Before i forget i already reset my pref to default, still no luck!

Maya related but probably not actually Maya's fault, my marking menus have stopped letting me do gestures for whatever reason. I think it started happening after updating to the latest Windows April update, re-installing and deleting preferences etc. hasn't fixed it. I've tried rolling back drivers.

I can't be bothered to roll back Windows for this one little feature, if I want a nested menu I'll just wait 1 more second for it to pop up.

But no, I haven't had those issues you've mentioned. Have you got your latest graphics card driver? and as Oglu says, are you on the latest version?

@oglu  Yea im on the latest version of Maya update 3.  i was hoping it would fix the issue, but nope.  i guess i just have to wait until they get around to it.  

@Axi5 i never had a problem with windows causing a problem with maya.  It's not a big deal but it would nice not to restarting the scene.

does anyone have issues with the custom uv shelf. I cant seem to edit the custom shelf at all. Its not only on my workstation. its happening to all my coworkers as well.

@onionhead_o seems like you can't change anything if this button is locked / highlighted maybe that's the issue?  If not i think there is a huge UI bug in this version of Maya.

With Win7, having Aero on or off might change things for you for general UI problems.

@onionhead_o Does that go for editing any custom shelf or just this UV shelf? Could be a permissions problem maybe.

its just the uv shelf, Ill try to keep an eye out for the lock button icon
