I have made the textures, the shading and the lighting and the composition of a scene with Hulkbuster. But I do not finish being 100% happy (I see that it seems too fake, with problems of integration, grading ...). I am already without ideas. Any contribution, criticis, suggestion.... will be very welcome. Thank you

Did you try with renders without background? A black background with proper rimlights or a mid-grey background...

your enviroment and lighting's not doing you any favors. Also your materials do not read very well. Everything looks randomly dirty, and not very metallic, and it's super noticeable on that closeup. I'd suggest workign on the materials first in greyscale, then adjust colors from there.
