It has started from this sketch(check it! its cool)! final sculpt and polypaint. I spend much time making uv's because I paint textures mostly in photoshop and use Substance Painter on the last stage. for the pose, I made a rig using Maya and Advanced Sceleton.
Initially, the base should be pure simple. But then I was making blockout for it something went wrong )). final sculpt baked version As you saw there were many troubles with grass and I couldn't come up with the good variant. But only when I finished stone and wooden parts I realized that it should be changed because it looked ugly. It was the last try. But It still looked bad. So I removed normals and used big masses from this variant as the base for the grass. base with the final texture It looked good for me. I just added some individual grass blades using MASH.
