JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE GAME: It is an open world Action-RPG game for PC and consoles, under development by a new hungarian indie team. The game is set in a fictional dystopian future in a dark, depressed, "tech noir" environment with cyberpunk influence. It's played in major cities where society is collapsed, and the player is investigating a major conspiracy. There are different playable classes, and the game can also be played with friends (cooperative). The game is not over after the storyline is completed. It is played from top-down camera view with modern 3D graphics.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- working together with the Senior Game Designer and the Senior Level Designer
- create low and highpoly models of various city buildings (will be discussed later, when applied for the job), street elements, traffic signs, vehicles, vegetation (various types of trees, bushes, grass), animations (city animation examples: neon lights and advertisement boards on buildings, police car lights, UI of interactive objects)
- create character models (player, NPCs), weapons, animations (player animation examples: general walking, sneaking, running, crouching, shooting, fist-fighting, using abilities, some gestures while talking)
REQUIREMENTS:
- you must be at least 20 years old
- fluent english knowledge (hungarian is an advantage)
- at least 2 years of experience with your favorite modelling tool (Maya, Max, Milkshape, Sketchup, anything; just make sure to have „.fbx” export ability)
- experience with texture creation for models (Adobe Photoshop or equivalent)
- gamer mindset, have interest and experience in RPG games in general
