hello i am interest to try out 3d scanning either with a cellphone or a camera, my cellphone has 13 megapixels. So wich program is free or cheap and easy to use? the more user friendly the better, also is there a program for a cellphone?
you can start with the free version of zephyr, its limited to 50 photos, but its free and very easy to use with good results
i would not recommend shooting with a cellphone if you have a dslr, use that instead. while megapixels matter, its generally good to shoot each picture of a set with the same settings and phones tend to set iso, aperture and shutterspeed for you. they also usually save as jpg. you would want to use raw format
You can use a phone, just know ur results will be subpar when compared to a decent DSLR. But its good enough to get started! I think you can download Adobe Lightroom or something on your phone that lets you shoot RAW.
I'm not sure about free photogrammetry processing software. However Agisoft and RealityCapture are the two most prominent.
