I've been totally unable to deactivate my license after I recently upgraded my hardware. The emails that I get sent to deactivate do not work, you can't select the button at all, and the deactivate license button doesn't do anything. I also sent an email to quixel support a few days ago and still haven't gotten a reply back. I'm at my wits end now

I do apologize for the trouble, but account issues must be handled via the support system at support@quixel.se - there's nothing I can do about them on Polycount. I did check the system for any lingering tickets regarding license deactivation, but I don't see anything related to it. Perhaps you could send me a message with your e-mail and name here so I can look up the ticket information?
