Good! this is the concept that I like the most and I think it works as a new vision of the character and even recognizes who we are talking about then I start working on 3D
The posture reminds me of Maokai though, but with gangley limbs and a burlap sack stretched over him similar to Haunted Nocturne. It may be to late to mention it now, but I think your scrawny pogo stick concept might have actually turned out to be more unique in the end when comparing the silhouette to other currently existing champions. Not to mention he'd have the most hilarious walk/run animations ever.
