New laptop concerns

Hey guys, I'm considering a new laptop. The one I'm looking at right now is the gigabyte aero 15 (max-Q) with a 1060m GPU. I've no doubt it will run 3dsmax/modo with ease however, im worried the 1060m wont preform well in substance painter.

Does anyone here own a laptop with a 1060 that can reassure me that it works fine in SP?

Should be fine. The Geforce 1060 6GB is easily capable of running Substance Painter. The desktop and laptop version of the card are nearly identical, unlike previous generation mobile cards.
