Hi everyone,

I'm creating my first more complicated model to use in Unreal Engine 4. Before that I've created only simple buildings, walls, etc.

I have read that the best way to make High Poly version of a model is to add Quad Chamfer and Turbosmooth to a Low Poly. I done that, but I got a lot of artifacts because of this.
Here is how my model looks without any modificators:

And after turning on Chamfer and TurboSmooth:

Chamfer is set to quad, 0,16 amount and 3 segments.

I also want to export my model to Substance Painter but I'm not sure how to approach this. For UE4 I can export multiple objects as a one without problems. When I attach all part of the model into one, then I cannot control chamfer amounts individualy etc.
So this is my second question: how to deal with models that are made from pieces like mine?

Here is my 3ds max scene file: https://mega.nz/#!eN8m1BYT!yJHjiConrHfj0wJO57OdF1Fry1I44RtW5gNiMZZ41fw

Thanks for help.
