I started this project a few months ago while ago for Glauco Longhi`s mentorship (former character artist from Naughty Dog and currently Lead Character Artist at Sony)

Finally came back to this project. Working on the jacket now.

Gotta do some pinching on the seams and bump up the areas close to the stitches, but I`m liking the result so far

Nice Progress! 
Do you use a reference for the jacket ? Because I think that these little Details on the backside of his jacket are not necessary.

I´m excited to see more progress on this

Heyas , thanks for the feedback! I`m using this kind of jacket as a reference (I don`t have the original references with me right now since i`m at work). The wrinkles and details are all in separated layers so I can tone them down or remove them entirely if needed. i usually just keep them strong while I`m working on the model for reference purposes and for baking testing.

The thickness of the padding inside the fabric is different from the concept`s because I wanted to make it less pooffy.

great work so far. I feel like the skin could use some more work or maybe u want it more stylized?

Yeah I`ll be going back to the skin once I`m done with the clothes. i still have to work a little more at specific parts of the head sculpt, like the ears. So I put it on a pause for now, but I def wanna work more on it later on
