Hi everyone!

I'm going for some kind of Bard Elderwood revisit, with a touch of Ivern style. Instead of his face, a hen will be nesting and lots of tiny chicks will be starring as Meeps. Still a lot to figure out but it should be fun! Here we go again!

Thanks everyone! I'm glad you like this big guy and his little buddies. I'm still working on the Zbrush blockout. Birds are version 2. We'll see if I go for this style at the end: they can be cute but it's more difficult to have facial expressions with such tiny black eyes ^_^ Not an issue for the in-game default view but that could be a limitation for final renders. I will have to make some tests.

@Ro-Bo That was my first thought, that it reminded me of Naru from Ori and the Blind Forest because of the silhouette. This is such a lovely idea and perfect detail level to read from far away.

  Thanks for the kind words guys, I'm glad you like it! 
@Silvarspark & TheIceWolves : Yeah I got lucky last time. It won't happen again but this is somehow the only opportunity I find to update my portfolio with non-NDA stuff. I wish I had a lot more time to animate this guy and his little buddies, but on the other end, without a deadline I would never complete it.
Time for a little update before the Xmas break! I'm done with the retopo, Uvs and bakes. Can't wait to paint this guy next year!
