[RIOT CREATIVE CONTEST 2017] Character Art - The Great Zoe: Street Magician

Hi everyone, I saw this new character Zoe and fell in love. I wanted to make a skin for her that embodies her very wild spunky attitude.
Character idea: Life gets rather boring sometimes so why not spice it up with a couple magic tricks and make a show. The Great Zoe could always use a couple volunteers for her act. She can do cards tricks, conjure beautiful doves from thin air, hypnotism and finally a disappearing act. When your as crafty as this magician you can never run out of fun things to do, and the crowd will love it.
That is my idea at least, I will probably work up some sketches before I get down to modeling. wish me luck

here is what I have been able to do so far, reworked a lot to get the right body proportions working on a couple different ideas for clothes
