Hello ! Im glad to participate in such a great contest !

Want him to be rough and brutal as he looks (also kinda stupid). 
So  i will try to transfer his wild and savage personality combined with a overweighted upperbody.
Im thinking about something similar to a volibear or a warwick, like a gorilla maybe.

Hey man - looks cool! Personally I think you could do something inbetween. Like having three-limbs contact (both legs and one arm) while the other hand holds the weapon. Think a gorilla run but he’s Holding a big stick.

I thought about it, but i guess, i need the axe to have a bigger pole, so i will try to re-rig it and make this variation !

@imLavNot necessarily - I didn't mean he uses the axe like a walking stick. I just mean he holds the axe in one hand while the other three limbs act as "feet". It would actually make your life easier to leave the axe handle the current size.

I find the 2 one more appealing and I actually see the 1 one as a homeguard animation for it :P

Homeguard is when you can run fast from the fountain, right ?  Yeah, makes sense

@imLav Personally I prefer the slower version, I feel it helps you a little more in selling the weight. Looks cool! For me though, I think it'd help your silhouette if you have him hold the weapon at his side as opposed to across his back. 

It also gives you a great excuse to add some overlap in the Y trans too!

Looking forward to seeing how it develops!

Digging the run idea, slower is better.  I'd reduce the stretch on the torso to keep his structure a bit more solid.  As for the axe, I'd suggest making it feel heavier (even though he's a big strong character), by tilting the blade down, not raising it so high and leading with the shoulder and dragging the blade up.  Also, planting the hand more underneath his chest might help with balance.

Yeah, ive been thinking about the axe too, so i placed it like this

Much nicer, the choke up on the grip helps a lot.  I'd even suggest lagging the axe behind body.  Right now it's path feels like it's crossing the body like an X when it might read better dragging behind and more in line with the body, something like this //

Also, the hand splay is nice, but I'd save that for the widest possible down position when the body's weight fully on the limb.  Use  the frame before impact to accent the contrast and leave it in a C shape clawed pose.

Ive been experimenting for a while and realised, i should move the body phase like this, so he can lift the main weight by his arm.
