Planning I am basing the character's movements on it's reptilian design. Its movements will incorporate a lot of wave motions similar to how real crocodiles sway when they move. Also Reptiles don't have much rotary action in their arms an legs, I am incorporating this fact into the way the character is animated to an extent, though not fully as it is a mix between a humanoid and reptilian anatomy. This means that as it runs its legs will swing out while coming forward but will remain directly below it on the push off.
The character will have much more side to side swing then a normal humanoid biped to add to its reptilian anatomy.

This is awesome! Nice work. I think the sword feels a little bit light/swimmy at the moment - especially moving into that hold at around 6s - it needs to get there much faster - otherwise this is looking really cool!
