Hey all! I am currently sculpting a dude to dress him up later on) Some critisism on anatomy is very much appreciated! I am still striving to make him handsome, ya know, elvish kind of handsome (slim and underfed). Any suggestions?)
Right now he is in risk of gender ambiguity , give him wider nose , definitely wider jaw and taller chin other then that most planes looks correct maybe just push a bit lateral eye corner Can you post one side view without hair ?
Yep the front view looks quite feminine. I am with carvuliero on the structure of the face. The onderlying structure is missing mass. Nice work though. Cheerio
Are you going for skinny or skinny with muscle or any other body type Proportions are ok , gesture too , calves are wider then his thighs so something have to be done about that , arm in side view could move a bit foreword , hand looks too short , in side view rib cage/ scapula volume planes need some adjustments (check attached) Over all is a good big volume block out , now just have to define secondary shapes and if going for skinny bony landmarks
Thank you! Yes, whanted thin, but with muscles, almost dried up kind of look... I used this dude as a reference. I wish I had a 3d model with similar constitution, unfortunately I did not find it(
Hey, an update! Guys, what I'd be really grateful for some useful tips on making these mesh hair look better)) Right now I made them like so (just so you know, i will paint the sсulp grey so it won't come through all that strongly and bald part of the head will be covered by braids):
