Its been a while since I've been active here. Or even touched Blender. So, being the moron that I am, I've decided to throw myself into the deep-end. Which means its time for building characters! And for that, I need a basemesh or two. So, instead of ripping an MMD model or something sensible like that, I'm trying to make my own. Here's the current WIP on the female mesh.

Early days, of course, but I figure its best to get some critique on proportions, topology etc. NOW rather than try to fiddle with it when I have all the extremities attached.
