I've been working on this project for about a week, just thought I'd share my progress with you and hopefully get some feedback along the way.
here are some of the references I'm using: so here's what I've done so far, this one was made in substance designer: this one too was made in designer: this stripped bark/ rough wood texture was done using a texture from texture.com as a base. some sculpts , dead tree : stump : low poly models: branches and foliage texture, and finally some textured assets: I'll work on the ground texture next,will update soon. thanks for reading :smile: .

In bogs and mires they can be crooked but they're still relatively thin and smooth without any bulges like that.
