I don't really know what is causing the issue I have. I think its the texture sets but I've never run across this issue on other models before. I'm posting it here in the Marmoset sub-forum because the model looks perfectly fine in SP. Whenever I bring my model into Marmoset and I start applying the textures to the model, the different parts of the model are coming out different shades of green. I'll show you what I mean.
Here is what it looks like in SP and how I want it to look in Marmoset.
As you can see the whole model is the same shade of green.
Here is what it looks like pre-texture in Marmoset. You can clearly see the 3 texture sets.
And this is what it looks like when I apply all the textures to the model.
The middle portion comes out much darker than the rest of the model. And the whole thing has 3 different shades of green. I have tried different lighting techniques, preset backgrounds, etc. I guess what I'm asking is what is going on to cause this? Is it the fact that there is 3 different texture sets? And if it is that, is there a way to combine all the texture sets in SP before I bring it over to Marmoset? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Could you perhaps post your diffuse map here? You could be accidentally baking in the models diffusion.
