[ZBrushCore] Need help on Making Insert Brushes

So I made the mistake of purchasing ZbrushCore without Checking If Zmodeler was included, I had Originally had intentions on doing hard surface sculpting.
So I'm trying to Rely on Creating custom insert Brushes So I Can keep nice and sharp workflow But I I'm having Trouble Creating These insert brushes when I try to use a poly mesh or dyna mesh my Option is still grayed out from creating them or if they don't exist at all?
If any one has a Solution please tell me, not being able to create Insert Brushes Is Frustrating
