Critique on ticket booth

Hello Everyone. I am a student looking for a critique on this ticket booth I have been working on. I am not very experienced with lighting in Maya so I'm getting all this black splatter and am not sure how to fix that. I followed tutorial to make the light but his does not splash black like mine. Also any critique with the rest would be helpful and appreciated. I am thinking of doing design on the roof as well as the light needs to be raised a little. I am going for a creepy style ticket booth.
