Loir Axe

Handpainted lowpoly Axe based on my own design. 
Model itself was made with traditional LowPoly to HighPoly workflow and Baked Normals 
LowPoly Model was made in Blender and HighPoly Model was sculpted in Zbrush, Some of Renders were made with keyshot and others with Zbrush.

    Nice! I'm loving the design. I'm not liking how the skull pattern connects to the axe head; it looks like the mesh was just pushed into the metal. The rest of the axe looks really cool though.

    nice design. looks to be suffering from only using a side ortho reference, overall very flat and bland in many areas. Play with some ideas to break up the top of the axe's head and other areas of depth to shore up the rest of the design.

    Other crit is about the presentation. Work on your 3 point lighting, lose the vignette on wips, and don't use a full black background. some of your model is being completely hidden, shadows blending in w the bg. better lighting and a lighter bg will fix that.
