Problem: Substance to Maya, bump maps?

Alright, so I'm using Substance Painter (latest version) and finished making the bump maps. I save the file and bring it over to Maya and apply it to my mesh, and I get this:

I want this to look like a nice, smooth dent in the metal. But instead I'm getting this ugly roughness like a finger print or something. The resolution of the height map is 4096 x 4096, and the mesh it's applied to has 566 faces. I don't know if that info helps, but just thought I'd throw it out there in case.
