How to reverse engineer Manhunt execution killcams?

How would I be able to produce something like Manhunt (Rockstar Games) executions in Maya and Unreal Engine 4? I'm developing a horror game with a team, I have a low-poly character similar to what you would see in a Playstation One game and I want it to be able to sneak up on enemies and execute them and have killcams based on the weapons they are using. I also like the camera style effect too.
