bad allocation [Baking] Baking failed; standard fix do not work. Zbrush high poly

Hello 

I am modelling speedometer and tachometer for motorcycle
In a nutshell it is actually one gauge copied, mostely identical. 

When baking any map i get the response:

[Scene 3D] Failed to load 3D scene.

bad allocation

[Baking] Baking failed


I tried to bake models mesh by name in the same place in space.
First I though that this is causing the problems however I can not get this to work even separately.
Nor if I change the baking match method to "Allways". 
All other parts of the model works perfdectly so I did not included them in my question.



The model is very simple however high poly is about 10 mil. 
I can not decimate. Not enogh RAM. 
I would love to enclose both high and low poly however each high poly is over 1 Gigs

Could you please help me? 
-does it have to do with the size of the high poly?
- I could propably re do the whole work once again, however I would rather solve the problem for the futures sake.

I would be much appreciated for any help
