Hello all.
I just finished my model (it's for Unity), It will be a metal  on structures (bottom of the modele) and  cloths  on the top of the modele as you can imagine logically..
But i'm wondering if i must separate metal/cloth uv

other doing on multiple textures :

So what should I do with my operation chair?

Thanks a lot :)

It really depends on your texture budget and level of detail you want to acheive. If you don't have real time performance limitations, you'll be better off separating it in a few texture sets/UVs for a better texture resolution and easier work in Painter.

Thanks for your answer Jerc :)

It's for  a game in Unity that mean yes it will be real time performance limitations like any game, it's not for a movie like Adam (Tech Demo in Unity ) But a game AA indie  with great graphics or AAA like last of us 2013 environments then should i go with 1 or 2 texture set?

    Thanks :)
