How do you extract 3d models from Google Earth Possible?

Hi Polycounters, is there any way to extract 3d models from Google Earth? And Which is the easiest way to do it? I'd like to know as I am doing a huge scene which requires me to be as accurate as possible (dimensions) to show to a potential client.

You can find out by a simple google search ( just wrote what you wrote on the topic title and got all the info i needed ).

And also, if you are making money with google´s property im pretty sure its illegal.
