So I started unwrapping in Headus UV layout and now when I export mesh into 3dsmax back as an obj I get this weird shading issue. I don't know what it is.

I think, it's because your edges is on "soft edge" mode and not on "hard edge" mode.

Found it.Had to select Normals from Smoothing group while importing mesh (by default its import from mesh that's why it was this wired shading).
