I'm looking for a User Interface artist for my greenlit 4X strategy game Remnant (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=446183014).

You'll be responsible for creating a collection of user interface widgets or "skin" (panels, buttons, dials, sliders, etc.) and providing mockups for the major game views, but are not responsible for any accent pieces (character portraits, planets, etc.).  The majority of the work is detailed in the following package: http://www.playremnant.com/recruitment/ui.zip

I'm looking for something simple and flat with a small amount of accenting flair.  For an idea of quality and style, check out Stellaris or the new Master of Orion.  Other references and examples are also provided in the package.

4X games are almost entirely UI driven so familiarity with the genre is a huge plus.  Including details on any games in the genre and what you enjoyed about their UI/UX will go a long way in helping your application.  Please also include descriptions of UI/UX related concepts like 9-slice scaling and resolution adaptive layouts so I know you're the real deal.
