Hi folks! Looking for feed back on my portfolio. www.junchoi.artstation.com
recently applied for a job for a concept art position and got rejected. Trying to improve my art and plug in more pieces into my portfolio and I need your help! Thanks!
a good, but brutal thing, you can do is put your art up next to someone of similar style you admire. it usually becomes quite clear how close or far from professional level you are that way.
There's a lot of room for interpretation in your work, I suggest you get 'art of' books and see what people are presenting in their portfolios that get accepted. I recommend The Skilful Huntsman and In the Future, both art books from Art Center entertainment design course.
