Where to download good cartoon models for rigging?

I have been searching all over the place for a good looking cartoon model that I can rig and animate. I know of animation buffet, but all you can download there are rigs. Does anyone know of some websites that have good cartoon models? I do not care if I have to pay for them, I just want to find some.

All the resources in http://polycount.com/discussion/149037/community-rigs#latest is a good place to start. Be sure to go threw the comments, as new rigs are posted in those as well.

wouldn't it be easy enough to make a copy of the mesh and remove the rig? I'd recommend checking out the mesh from hippydrome if you're looking for a cartoony model with good topology for rigging - http://www.riggingdojo.com/free-model-from-hippydrome-com/
